PRICES

1 - 2 persons = 80 €/night
3 - 4 persons = 120 €/night
5 - 6 persons = 140 €/night

The lease of the apartment is minimum 3 nights!
Free of charge accommodation for children under 3 years.

Cleaning and tourist fee are allready included in price

Terms and Conditions

Bed-linen, towels, dishcloths, water and electricity is included in the price of lease.
Payment terms: payment via vBooking (PayPal or deposit on current account)
Reservation fee: prepayment of 30% of confirmed room rate for all nights
The conditions for reservation: reservation is confirmed after the receipt of reservation fee.
You can move into apartments after 2 p.m. On the day of departure, the living quarters must be vacated by 10 a.m.
Final cleaning costs 35 € and is charged at prepayment.
We reserve the right to change the prices.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled from 7 to 3 days, 30 % of reservation fee will be charged.
If cancelled less than 3 days, 80 % of reservation fee will be charged.

In case of no-show or failure to cancel the reservation, 100% of reservation fee will be charged.
